Reasons you may want me to install your EV charger

  • Safety – This is your home or business, there are no short cuts. You don’t need to worry about your safety, it’s paramount to what I do so you can relax you’re in safe hands.
  • Independent – I’m not a contractor or ‘in-bed’ with any manufacturer of EV charger. I’m impartial so you’ll never have a recommendation from me that is unsuitable or is second-best.
  • Reliability – I guarantee I’ll turn up when I say I will. If I don’t turn up within 1 hour of our agreed appointment time? I’ll treat you to afternoon tea for one at Biddy’s Tea room in Norwich, as my way of saying sorry.
  • Sustainable – I’ll be here in years to come, so should you have an issue you can depend on me to help you.
  • Communication – All enquiries are answered within 24 hours during the week, phone calls of an urgent nature and emergencies are dealt with accordingly so rest assured I will get back to you. You’ll never be left in the lurch.

Reasons you may not want me to install your EV charger

  • Price – If you’re looking for the lowest price at all costs (lower safety, lower quality, lower standards) then I won’t be the EV charger installer for you – if your first question is how much do-you-charge then likewise.
  • Materials – You want to supply the charger and/or the materials. No, no and three times NO! I’m specifying materials and I’ll take responsibility for ordering and will place a small margin to cover my time. I’ll also be responsible should I order incorrectly or in the unlikely event there is a fault with the EV charger.
  • You’re a know-it-all – you already know how the job should be done, how long it should take, what materials I’ll need as someone on DIY.co.uk told you, how safe your existing installation is, how much it should cost, or you could do it yourself etc then we’re not a good fit.
  • You hate the thought of a reliable Electrician and dislike the thought of afternoon tea in Norwich.
