Have you had a bad experience with an unreliable electrician in Norwich who failed to turn up?
Maybe you’ve heard stories of people who got left with dangerous unfinished jobs and no certification or building control notification?
This happens far too often… even when the electrician has been recommended by a friend or local community member.
Reliable electricians are somewhat of an oxymoron. This isn’t unique to Norwich.
However, in my experience electricians in Norwich prefer big value projects which they believe to be the most lucrative and easier to manage.
When these projects fall behind and the pressure is on to get finished, the small job they said they’d do on the way home is no longer viable and the communication stops.
There’s nothing more frustrating than making arrangements to be at home to meet with trades and being no-showed – yet many seem to do it constantly as they’re unwilling to say no to any work.
**The unwillingness of any professional to decline work that they’re not best positioned to perform, is not only unethical, but causes so many problems for those who employ them.
You may notice most electricians in Norwich simply aren’t clear on what they offer, with some claiming to be specialists…
…in everything?!?!
Based out of my Ber Street office (Visitors by appointment only) in central Norwich here’s a description of what I help home and business owners with:
I DO NOT offer
I am happy to work with you, if:
a) You value the knowledge and experience a qualified electrician brings
b) I believe I am best positioned to help you with your project/problems
I want you to have safety, quality, and compliance at the heart of your works.
Not only is your home the most expensive asset you own but it’s also the roof over your head – you won’t want to cut any corners.
I won’t be part of a bidding war with other electricians in Norwich. It’s likely that I won’t be the cheapest so if cost is your main criteria, then we’re not a good fit.
Please don’t ask me to “pop over for a quick look” – Understand that I value my time and those offering free advice know the value of theirs.
Please don’t ask me to certify your own/DIY work.
If you’re still here then you’re likely the type of customer I want to work with, so keep reading as there’s a good chance I will be able to help you….
